Refund Policy

Greater Works Innovations LLC (GWI) values client satisfaction and stands behind the quality of our services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which clients may request refunds for software development and digital services.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested based on the total value of the project as follows:

  • Projects valued at $1,000 or less:
    Clients are eligible for a refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial payment or project kickoff, whichever comes later.
  • Projects valued at $5,000 or less:
    Clients are eligible for a refund request within 60 calendar days from the date of the initial payment or project kickoff, whichever comes later.
  • Projects valued over $10,000:
    Clients are eligible for a refund request within 90 calendar days from the date of the initial payment or project kickoff, whichever comes later.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • The project has not been substantially completed.
  • GWI has not delivered more than 50% of the project scope at the time of the refund request.
  • The client has provided timely feedback and access required to complete the project.
  • The refund request is made in writing to GWI within the applicable refund period.

Partial refunds may be issued if work has already commenced or expenses have been incurred by GWI.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The project has been completed and/or delivered.
  • Delays or issues were caused by lack of client responsiveness or cooperation.
  • Refund requests are made after the applicable 30, 60 or 90-day period.
  • Monthly maintenance fees, digital ad spends, or third-party tool subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 20 business days and returned via the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
